"Dad?" Kim whispers. She feels like laughing and knows it's a reaction to the drugs.

Salazar laughs a little, "You're probably right, but take a seat."

Jack glares at him and even in a drugged state Kim can tell that he's not the same man she knew, things had changed him too.

He's forced onto a chair and one of the men stands behind him, placing a hand on Jack's shoulder.

"There's money missing from an account that only you and my dear departed brother knew about."

Jack's laugh is not-quite-sane. "There are millions of people dead and you're worried about money? Fuck you, Ramon."

Salazar's fingers stroke Kim's bruised cheek.

She tries to move away from him but her body isn't cooperating.

Jack lunges forward but is held back by the hand on his shoulder.

"If you touch her again I'll fucking kill you. She has nothing to do with this, leave her alone." He growls.

His commment seems to amuse Salazar, who stands up and walks towards Jack.
